Items are not stocked in Australia. In stock items ships on the same or the next day latest by Asendia (You can use the tracking number that starts with LX at https://track.asendia.com/track to track its status) from our warehouse in U.S.A. Made-to-order (Hand-made) items requires 9-12 business days to manufacture and they are shipped by UPS or FedEx from Istanbul/ Turkey workshop. This processing time can be longer if there is any delay during the production (modeling, casting or polish stages). Once your order is completed, it will be issued a tracking number and you will receive that tracking number by email on that day. 

10K white or rose gold merchandise may be casted in 8K, 9K or 10K depending on the availability. If 10K is not available we will cast them 8K or 9K gold. This is to expedite the production of your order.

We do not ship any orders to any P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses. Please always provide physical address only for your orders.

pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers
for additional information as required. Most orders ship out
from our warehouse within 7-9 business days. Then it takes
4-5 additional business days by FedEx/UPS to reach you.
